Project kicks off with an introductory demo call by our network of trained professionals who with their expertise and skills handle business discovery phase with keen attentiveness and asking relevant questions with clearly defined action items over meetings.
After understanding client business and brand, we architect a project plan based on agreed project objectives. We define the functional, technical, and creative requirements and document them and work with you for refinement. Our project plan includes project charter mentioning key milestones and timelines.
Once the project is complete, we do a formal project handover through complete documentation for the project and are open to continue supporting as needed. We’ll monitor and analyze how the solution performs against the defined success criteria. We can also design and execute a marketing and promotion plan, conduct training sessions, or help staff your organization to support the new solution.
